In consideration of the acceptance of this registration entry, I, the undersigned, assume responsibility for any injury or accident, which may occur during my participation in the event or while I am on the premises of the event. I hereby release and hold harmless Who Let The Dogs Out Race, City of Rusk, the sponsors, promoters, and all other persons and entities associated with the event or their agents or employees, or otherwise. I will not enter and participate unless medically and properly trained. I also know that although police protection will be provided, there may be traffic on the course route. I assume the risk associated with this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather including high heat and/or humidity, and the conditions of the route, all such risks being known to me. For minors under age 18, this is to certify that my son/daughter has my permission to compete in the Who Let The Dogs Out race event and related events, is in good physical condition, and that the race officials have my permission to authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. Shirt size is not guaranteed. Race will be held regardless of weather conditions. Registration is final & fees are non- refundable for any reason. I have read, understood, and accept the waiver agreement above.
